SUMMARY:Beginners & Continuing Tai Chi - Oliver Woods Community Centre
DESCRIPTION:For beginning and continuing students\, whether you have no background or some background in Tai Chi\, either  the complete 108 moves\, or at least the first 17 moves. \nThis class is taught be two instructors — Pauline and Ken2\, so we can accommodate a mixed level. \nBeginners will have the opportunity to learn the foundations of Tai Chi and join in with other participants. \nContinuing beginners will have the chance to cover new material and next moves\, and review previous moves as well as the foundations of Tai Chi such as weight shifting and alignment. \nContinuing students will  have the opportunity to keep building on these foundations\, and applying these in their Tai Chi practice. Each class will afford the chance to practice one to two Tai Chi 108 sets per class. Tools and exercises are offered to cultivate better posture and alignment\, focus\, and flow\, as well as internal and external awareness\, to maximize the benefits of Tai Chi. \n  \n
