Seated Tai Chi – Buttertubs Place

These classes offer Tai Chi-related exercises, Chi building breathing exercises, and study and practice the Tai Chi 108 long form which engages students to turn, and to weight shift in their legs as well, to improve mobility, balance, and flexibility.
