Series of 7 classes from Sept 13 to Oct 25, 2023.
Students in this course do Tai Chi-related exercises and learn the first 17 moves of the long form. They are exposed to Yang Cheng Fu’s 10 Principles of Tai Chi with examples in the moves they are learning.
